- Cabinets are shipped as flat packed – unassembled.
- When the items are being delivered, please inspect the items for any damages.
- Requests for refund will be denied if the product has been assembled or installed.
- Once order is shipped, delivered or picked up, there is a 25% restocking charge on all returned items.
- Accessories, toe kicks, fillers and moldings are non refundable.
- Acceptable returns are RTA cabinets unopened in original condition with 25% restocking fee within 30 days.
- For out of stock cabinets, the estimated arrival date can be changed due to multiple factors. If the cabinets do not arrive on time, we will refund that particular cabinet or work out a different size to replace it.
Please look over carefully and review your order. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that everything that was discussed with your sale associate is CORRECT. By paying for this Invoice you agree to all the terms listed above.
